MA41-7153-502
The Schneider Electric MA41-7153-502 is a high-torque SmartX direct-coupled spring return actuator for butterfly valve, damper, and globe valve control in commercial HVAC and building automation systems. The MA41-7153-502 provides on/off two-position control at 24VAC/VDC with a brushless DC motor and two SPDT auxiliary switches for independent equipment interlocking. Torque of 133 in-lb makes the MA41-7153-502 suitable for larger butterfly valves and dampers requiring higher closing force. The spring return mechanism drives the MA41-7153-502 to its fail-safe position on power loss. Direct-couple design mounts to a damper shaft without brackets — linkage kit required for globe valve applications. Rated NEMA 1/2 with 95° rotation adjustable from 30–95°. Die cast aluminum housing.
